AgentConnect

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AgentConnect and the services offered at agentconnect.online. By creating an account, connecting a provider, or otherwise using the product you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the product.

1. Account

You are responsible for the activity on the account you create and for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your account or use the product in a way that violates these terms or any applicable law.

2. Authorized use

You may use AgentConnect to orchestrate agent-assisted work that you have the right to perform and that does not violate these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you provide to agents, the providers you connect, and the actions you approve.

3. Providers and connections

If you connect a provider, you grant only the scopes the work needs and you remain responsible for that provider relationship. AgentConnect does not assume control of your provider accounts. If a provider credential is compromised or expires, you are responsible for reconnecting or revoking it.

4. Approvals and responsibility

Human approvals are part of the product model for consequential actions. Approving an action means you accept responsibility for the consequences of that action in the context of your workspace. The product shows the proposed action and context before the approval is recorded; approvals are not a blanket grant of future authority unless the workspace policy says so.

5. Data you put in

You retain responsibility for the data you bring into AgentConnect. You can request export or deletion of your data through the product where those features are available. See the privacy policy for how we handle your information.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages can happen. Where we communicate downtime in advance we will do so through the in-product status surface and, where appropriate, by email.

7. Security

Security is a shared responsibility. We implement authentication, role-based access, audit trails, and session management as part of the product. You are responsible for using those controls appropriately, including reviewing approvals, rotating credentials, and revoking sessions you no longer recognize.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practical. Continued use of the product after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can go through the contact page.
